If you need further assistance, email support is available by contacting SonicWALL Global Support at ASDSupport@sonicwall.com. SonicWALL does not provide phone support for this product. Please allow up to two business days for a response to your inquiry and remember to include in the email the Virtual Serial Number you received when you purchased SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop product.

- Please log in to our Customer Support Portal using your mySonicWALL.com username and password.
- If you are not yet registered, please register your products before using SonicWALL Support Services.
Email Support
Requesting support by email is simple. Here are the steps.
- Send the email support request to Support@sonicwall.com.
- In the subject line of your email, include the serial number of the affected SonicWALL product.
- The serial number provided in the subject line must have a current support agreement or be covered under product warranty.
- The "From" email address must be associated with the MySonicWALL registered owner account for the device, either the registered owner or a user under the registered owner account
OR
the "From" email address must be associated with an authorized SonicWALL Partner account. - Include a detailed description of your issue in the email and attach any applicable files (up to 10 MB).
Once your email support case is created, you'll get a confirmation email with your case number. You can use that confirmation email to correspond with the engineer assigned to your case. If for some reason we're unable to process your email support request, you’ll receive an email notification providing other methods for contacting SonicWALL Support.
